Cancellation Policy 


Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd (Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd) is sad to see any of its customers leave for any reason whatsoever. However, we do understand the unique situations and circumstances of every client. We would like the clients to also understand that we, the company employ the services of several key people including but not limited to its employees, consultants, third-party vendors, suppliers and any other government and/or non-government agencies for the various services we offer. Once a client has signed up for its services making a part or full payment for a particular service, the company assumes in good faith all intentions of the client and accordingly plans and prepares resources and tools for the delivery of the said service. The cancellation of service has an impact on several parts of this value chain set up by the company. Keeping the mutual interest of the clients and the company, the cancellation policy of Spark Career Mentors Pvt Ltd, offers a full or part or nil refund based on when the cancellation is formally intimated to the company.


All cancellation requests must be submitted and addressed to the finance department of Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd. You can submit your cancellation requests with details through email (info@sparkcareermentors.com) or by mailing a cancellation letter (at our address on the website). After receipt of your request, our accounts department will issue a confirmation number and advise you on the further process. Your cancellation will not be deemed valid unless you get your cancellation code from our account department.

Money Refund Policy At Spark Career Mentors Pvt Ltd 


Money paid to Spark Career Mentors Pvt Ltd will be refunded to the client based on the exact timing of the cancellation of services as described below:-


FULL REFUND i.e. 100% of the amount paid to be refunded: In cases where a formal cancellation was made at least 1 Month (30 days) prior to the agreed start date of the service.


HALF REFUND i.e. 50% of the amount paid to be refunded: In cases where a formal cancellation was made at least 1 week (7 business days) prior to the agreed start date of the service.


NIL REFUND i.e. 0% of the amount paid to be refunded: In cases where a formal cancellation was made within and up to 1 week or 7 business days to the agreed start date of the service.

Please Note

The refund policy applies to all modules and services offered by Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd. unless specifically agreed and documented in the agreement between the client and Spark Career Mentors Pvt Ltd.

Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd will act on the agreement signed upon (accepted on email, signed electronically or physically signed) by the client and Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd.

Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd does not offer any refund for the transaction charges (and/ or bank charges), the amount paid to third parties, for the Services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd.

The refund will be processed and made through an online bank transfer or cheque as agreed between the client and the company (Spark Career Mentors Pvt Ltd).

The refund request once accepted and agreed upon with the client will be processed and executed within 30 business days of such a request.

Updates To These Policies


Spark career mentors Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
